Paramount Bray-Pictograph, the 1917-1918 series of educational & cartoon shorts produced by John Randolph Bray and distributed by Paramount. Many of these focused on the ongoing World War I (WWI) developments. Bray Studio featured a theatrical cartoon division (which was it's main focus at first), and an educational division. In the late 1920s, Bray phased out its theatrical cartoon division and the bulk of Bray's business then revolved around training films for the Army and Navy. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
