An Original Vintage Theatrical Paperbacked Window Card Movie Poster (WC; measures 14" x 22" [36 x 56 cm]) (Learn More) I'm No Angel, the 1933 Wesley Ruggles circus sideshow romantic love triangle musical comedy ("Come up and see me sometime - any time!"; "Goodness... has nothing to do with it!"; about a sexy dancer in a third rate circus; she lives with a guy, but that doesn't stop her from seeing other men; when her boyfriend goes to jail, she becomes the lion tamer; she gets a rich playboy boyfriend, but she wants his cousin, played by super young Cary Grant!) starring Mae West, Cary Grant (in his 12th movie role!), Gregory Ratoff, Edward Arnold, Ralf Harolde, Kent Taylor, and William B. Davidson. Note that this movie was originally called "It Ain't No Sin", and the enactment of the Production Code caused the title to be changed to the much tamer "I'm No Angel", and apparently caused several racy scenes to end up on the cutting room floor! Prior to paperbacking, the card had pinholes, tears, and paper loss around the edges, with some scattered in the image, including a tear running down the center of Grant's hair and into his cheek. Overall, the card was in good condition prior to paperbacking. The card was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects, and the restorer painted over the borders and the top blank area to "even them out".
