An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 28" x 42" [71 x 107 cm]) (Learn More) Auntie's Secret Society, the 1973 Sanford White science fiction sci-fi fantasy sexploitation movie ("See what happens when the sinister Dr. F. challenges... Auntie's Secret Society!"). Apparently this was intended to be the first in a series of "Auntie" features, where the title character battles "Dr. Fallus", an evil fantasy villain like Ming the Merciless, and he was apparently aided by Electra, a female robot! As far as we can tell, no sequels were made, and we can't find any cast information for this film anywhere. Thanks to newspaper ads, we know that it did play in theaters in the U.S. in the 1970s. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that we have only auctioned three examples of this poster before! Note that this one-sheet measures 28" x 42" [71 x 107 cm]. Note that in recent months we started auctioning a wonderful collection of sexploitation one-sheets that includes many extremely rare titles from a single collector. This month there are 130 different ones (all are in separate auctions), and they include a number of posters that we have only auctioned once or twice before. There are also a number with great images or taglines. This is an excellent opportunity to add one or more of these rare one-sheets to your collection, and this consignor only had one of each title, so on the rare ones, it may be quite some time before we offer the same title again! Condition: very good. The poster was folded in half an extra time resulting in a light vertical foldline at left and right. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
