Brandon"; about a woman who married an heir to a fortune, but then his father disinherited him for marrying her, and he goes off to America to become rich, and the woman remarries a nobleman without telling him that she was previously married, and they are happy, but then her former husband returns from America, which threatens her happiness) starring Theda Bara (in the title role as Helen Talboys/Lady Audley), Riley Hatch, Clifford Bruce, and Stephen Grattan. Note that this movie was based on the novel of the same name by Mary Elizabeth Braddon. It borrows almost all of its plot from Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte, but it was very successful and was made into many different early silent movies.
