An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" Movie Still (Learn More) Riders of Destiny, the 1933 Robert N. Bradbury romantic cowboy western ("A great western star in a Whirlwind of Action!") starring John Wayne (as Singin' Sandy), Cecilia Parker, Forrest Taylor, George 'Gabby' Hayes, Al St. John (billed as "Al 'Fuzzy' St. John"), and Yakima Canutt. Note that this was the beginning of the era of "singing cowboys", and they tried to make Big John one of them by calling his character "Singin' Sandy" and having him sing a (obviously dubbed in) song, but fortunately, they didn't persist in this effort! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: NOTE: In this case, the #2 in the title of the sale is not the number of the still. Because we are selling more than one still from this movie this week as separate eBay sales, we needed to differentiate the different sales, and we did so by marking them "#1, #2, #3, etc..". Condition: good. fine vertical scuff lines throughout much of the image area and a faint horizontal scuff line across the lower part of Wayne and the horse's legs (all of the above are basically not noticeable when the still is looked at straight on) Learn More about condition grades
