Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss scattered down the vertical foldline, with minor wear on the other folds. There were some pinholes, smudges, and tiny stains around the edges. The title of the movie was stamped on the back just above Starrett's credit and it bled through to the front. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
