An Original Vintage Unfolded Danish Travel Poster (measures 24 1/2" x 39 1/2" [62 x 100 cm]) (Learn More)

Wonderful Copenhagen, the 1961 Danish travel poster used to promote tourism in Copenhagen, Denmark and featuring art of a crowd of people smiling as ducks cross the road by Viggo Vagnby. Note that there are different versions of this poster (we have seen 1958 and 1961 so far). The main difference between the versions seems to be the clothing and some poses among the crowd in the background!

UPDATED 04/19/2012: Note that a knowledgeable collector pointed out that there are different versions of this poster. The main difference between the versions seems to be the clothing and some poses amongst the crowd in the background!

Condition: good to very good. There is a small tear in the background at upper left and right and in the text area at lower left (each repaired with tape from the back). There are smudges throughout the back of the poster but they do not appear to have any effect on the front. The poster is otherwise in pretty nice condition.
