An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian One-Panel (known in Italy as a "2 Fogli") Movie Poster (1p; measures 39" x 55" [99 x 140 cm]) (Learn More) Le Confessioni e i Desideri di Emanuelle (literally translates to "The Confessions and Desires of Emanuelle"), the 1984 Godfrey Daniels sexploitation movie (or compilation of different sexploitation movies) starring Marilyn Chambers (in the title role as Emmanuelle), John Holmes, Jessie St. James, Eric Edwards, and Annette Haven. Note that Marilyn Chambers is one of the most famous sexploitation stars ever, and Emmanuelle is one of the most famous franchises. But the two never crossed, and since Chambers and Annette Haven (also billed on the poster) never made a movie together, we suspect this is a wild retitling of some movie, and it may not have even had Marilyn Chambers in it! If anyone knows more about what movie this poster is from (or if it is from a compilation), please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also, note that after the success of the 1974 film Emmanuelle, many authorized sequels were created. The success also spawned many "knock-off" Emmanuelle films, which included the name Emmanuelle or its variants in their titles for exploitative reasons, but were not connected to the original series.
