She only appeared in two movies, "Buxom Beautease" and "Blaze Starr Goes Nudist" (and made a cameo appearance in the biography of herself in 1989), but she is much better known as the stripper who was involved with Louisiana Governor Earl Long! She passed away in 2015 at the age of 83. Important Added Info: Note that this REPRODUCTION photo has been personally autographed (signed) by Blaze Starr! Our consignor is a longtime dealer who acquired this signed item among many other purchases in his inventory, and he does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic.
