An Autographed Deluxe 7 3/4" x 9 1/2" [20 x 24 cm] Publicity Still (Learn More) Skinnay Ennis (born Edgar Clyde Ennis Jr.) was a jazz and pop bandleader and singer from the 1920s to the 1960s. Some of his songs include: A Foggy Day, This Year's Kisses, and I'm Breathless. Note that Mr. Ennis' nickname as a young man was "Skinny", and it stuck, but one of his first records had a typo on it, and his name was incorrectly spelled as "Skinnay", so he kept it! Ennis passed away in 1963 at the age of 55 after choking to death on a bone while eating dinner at a restaurant in Beverly Hills. Important Added Info: Note that this publicity still has been personally autographed (signed) by Skinnay Ennis! Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic.
