An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Double-Sided Advance Japanese "B1" Movie Poster (29x41; measures 28 1/2" x 40 1/2" [72 x 103 cm]) (Learn More) Tsubaki Sanjuro, the 2007 Yoshimitsu Morita Japanese historical action adventure thriller melodrama starring Yuji Oda (in the title role as Sanjuro Tsubaki), Makoto Fujita, Shin'yu Fujiwara, Tsuyoshi Hayashi, and Ichitaro. Note that this is a remake of the 1962 Akira Kurosawa movie featuring Toshiro Mifune NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this Japanese movie! Also note that this is an advance Japanese B1 poster (note the "2007 December Roadshow" at the bottom of the poster). Also note that this is a double-sided poster. From the 1990s on, movie posters were often made in double-sided versions (for use in light boxes). If we do not note that a poster is double-sided (as this is), then it is single-sided. Note that the image on the reverse is a mirror image of the image on the front! Finally, note that this is a rare Japanese "B1" poster that measures 28 1/2" x 40 1/2" [72 x 103 cm]! "B1" posters are FAR more rare than "B2" posters (which measure approximately 20" x 28 1/2"), and because they are larger (similar in size to a U.S. one-sheet), they are more impressive when displayed on a wall!
