An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

The Big Store, the 1941 Charles Reisner screwball comedy ("Gorgeous Girls! Uproarious Fun!"; "The Big Musical Show!"; "'Let there be wine, women and song. On second thought... Never mind the wine and the song!'"; about a singer who inherits a department store, and she hires a detective to protect her from its crooked manager) starring The Marx Brothers (Groucho Marx [as Wolf J. Flywheel], Chico Marx [as Ravelli], and Harpo Marx [as Wacky]), Tony Martin, Virginia Grey, Margaret Dumont, Douglass Dumbrille, Marion Martin, Henry Armetta, and Ann Demitrio. Note that the Marx Brothers are billed as the "Marx Bros." on the advertising.

Condition: good. paper loss in the left edge extending somewhat into Groucho's hair and the image background (partially repaired with paper and tape from the back) as well as a 3" tear in the left edge and some small tears and areas of paper loss around the edges of the card (most repaired with tape from the back)

Canadian censor stamp in the upper left extending into one of the mannequin's images; smudges, creases, and scuffs throughout the card (more so around the edges); a few pairs of staple holes around the edges of the card
