Prior to paperbacking, the poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some creases and scuffs scattered in the vertical fold, as well as pinholes in the corners. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to paperbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Also, the poster was slightly roughly handled after it was backed, and there are now some light creases scattered in the poster (both in the poster and the paper backing).
