An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Window Card Movie Poster (WC; measures 14" x 22" [36 x 56 cm]) (Learn More) Mr. & Mrs. Martin Johnson's Baboona, the 1935 Osa and Martin Johnson African wildlife documentary ("An Aerial Epic Over Africa"). Note that the movie was actually filmed in Africa, quite difficult and sensational in 1935! Also note that Osa Johnson was married to Martin Johnson, and that they made African documentary movies for 20 years, but Martin Johnson was killed in 1937 during the filming of "Borneo", but his wife finished the movie and released it after his death, and she also released one final movie, "I Married Adventure", in 1940, three years after her husband's death, and on that movie, she was billed as "Osa Johnson (Mrs. Martin Johnson)" NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this window card was never folded. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded. Condition: very good. There is paper residue and glue stains in the top blank area where there was once a snipe, and there is darkening in part of the right blank border, but otherwise, the card is in pretty nice condition.
