Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" item for this Danish movie! It was printed in Denmark for use in English speaking countries. Interestingly, the cover and the first half of the program was entirely in English, and then the second half is entirely in Danish. Also note that we have pictured the front cover and an interior 2-page spread from this Danish program.
