The Mirth of a Nation, the 1976 poster ("76 year of American Film Comedy") promoting a comedy film festival that was held from July 8th to September 25th in Los Angeles, California. Note that this poster features great parody art of Ben Turpin based on the "I Want You" war poster created by James Montgomery Flagg. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
