An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian One-Panel (known in Italy as a "2 Fogli") Movie Poster (1p; measures 39" x 55") (Learn More)

Uomini e lupi (released in the U.S. as "Men and Wolves"), the 1956 Giuseppe De Santis & Leopoldo Savona Italian/French romantic hunting melodrama ("In a thrilling drama of primitive passions..."; about an Italian man who is called a coward when he fails to kill a wolf that has killed some of the men of his town; the widow of a man who was killed helps him to track down the wolf and regain his dignity) starring Silvana Mangano, Yves Montand, Pedro Armendariz, Irene Cefaro, and Giulio Cali. Note that this is a critically acclaimed movie which featured strong performances by actors who went on to illustrious careers, but the movie seems to be somewhat forgotten today!
