He was frequently chosen as a leading man by Bette Davis and other top actresses. Some of his movies include: The Old Maid, 42nd Street, and Dark Victory. He was married six times, and among his wives were Ann Sheridan and Ruth Chatterton. He passed away in 1979 at the age of 75. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by George Brent! Our consignor obtained this autograph many years ago in a group of purchases, and they do not remember anymore about it than that, except that they felt it was authentic at that time, and so do we.
