A Bully Romance, the 1939 Eddie Donnelly Terry Toons family animated animation cartoon comedy short featuring the voice of Arthur Kay as Gandy Goose. If anyone knows more about this cartoon, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that 20th Century Fox would print many copies of this full-color stock cartoon poster each year (this one was from 1938, and each year had a different image). Then they would have some copies of the full-color poster imprinted with a image from a specific cartoon, and distribute those posters to theaters showing that particular cartoon (in this case, "A Bully Romance, the 1939 Eddie Donnelly animated cartoon short featuring Gandy Goose").
