An Autographed Copy Script (measures 8 1/2" x 11" [22 x 28 cm]) (Learn More) Douglas Fairbanks Jr. was a major leading actor from the 1910s to the 1980s. He was the son of famous silent star Douglas Fairbanks, Sr. Some of his movies include: The Prisoner of Zenda, Gunga Din, Parachute Jumper, Little Caesar, and A Woman of Affairs. He was married to Joan Crawford from 1929 to 1934, and went on to marry two more times. He passed away in 2000 at the age of 90. AND Frank McHugh was an actor from the 1930s to the 1960s. He was close friends with James Cagney and they appeared in eleven movies together. Some of his movies include: The Dawn Patrol, One Way Passage, Footlight Parade, Dodge City, and Mighty Joe Young. He passed away in 1981 at the age of 83. Important Added Info: Note that this script has been personally autographed (signed) by BOTH Douglas Fairbanks Jr. AND Frank McHugh! The signatures were obtained in 1968 and 1969 by a man named Arthur Ronnie, who was an aviation historian and whose extensive collection is housed at the USC Library Special Collections. Our consignor does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we feel certain the signatures are authentic. Note that this is a COPY SCRIPT. This means that it is a copy of the original script from the late 1960s (likely created by a store or a dealer, which would acquire original scripts and then make exact copies of all the pages and then reassemble them). This is NOT an original script! However, it is exactly like the original one, and certainly can be read and enjoyed, and it will surely cost a fraction of the price of an original script (and likely under the prices that stores have sold these copy scripts for).
