She quickly changed her name from "Fock", for obvious reasons, but she still had to tell people that "Foch" rhymed with "Gosh"! Some of her movies include: Spartacus, The Ten Commandments (as Bithiah), Sliver, An American in Paris, Executive Suite (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), and How to Deal.
