An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Rebellious Daughters, the 1938 Jean Yarborough blackmail photography crime melodrama (about two girls from a small town who get in trouble with their parents for drinking at a nightclub, and they go to New York City, where they think they have been hired to be "top fashion models", but actually, it is a blackmail racket, where the girls get very rich men drunk, and then the criminals take pictures of the men in compromising positions, and they blackmail them) starring Marjorie Reynolds, Verna Hillie, Sheila Bromley, George Douglas, Dennis Moore, Oscar O'Shea, Irene Franklin, Nick Lukats, Monte Blue, "and an all-star cast" NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss and small tears at the top two crossfolds and some separation and tiny bits of paper loss on parts of some folds, with a 3" tear in the top border and some smudges around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking.
