Fox, Mort Greene, Seaman Jacobs, Robert Mott, Dave O'Brien, Robert Orben, Arthur Phillips, and Mike Settle. This script was the property of Mollie Carnivelle, who played a bit part on the show (her name is handwritten on the cover and there is a stapled paper from CBS with her name on it). Also note that there are a multitude of different colored revision pages from many different dates (apparently this script was revised over and over, which must have driven the actors crazy!).
