Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (better known as MGM) is an American media company, involved primarily in the production and distribution of films and television programs. MGM was founded in 1924 when Marcus Loew bought Metro Pictures, Goldwyn Pictures Corporation, and Louis B. Mayer Pictures. Note that the items in this lot are mostly from the 1930s to the 1940s. We do not provide a list of these items, but there are images of the front and back covers of all of them. Note that these pressbooks were removed from bound volumes and we really have no idea if any of them have cuts or missing pages, because they are unbelievably fragile, but we do think they are likely all or mostly all uncut.
