Cain"; about a woman trapped in a loveless marriage who gets a drifter to kill her husband, and it seems like they will get away with it, but will they?) starring Lana Turner, John Garfield, Cecil Kellaway, Hume Cronyn, Leon Ames, Audrey Totter, and Alan Reed. Note that this movie was re-made in 1981 by Bob Rafelson, starring Jack Nicholson and Jessica Lange NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good. There is clear tape on the back of all three foldlines and clear tape on the back of the center of the top and bottom borders. There is an extra vertical foldline 1 1/2" to the left of the regular vertical foldline. There are rough creases long several of the foldlines and there is staining in the part of the horizontal foldline that falls in the right of Garfield's neck. There are many small tears and some tiny paper loss in parts of the borders. Certainly, this great poster has real defects, but it is also certain that an expert restorer can remove the tape from the back of the poster, and after proper restoration and linenbacking, this great poster will look fantastic!
