Date Sold 2/15/2022 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 8 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (LCs; measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Women in Bondage, the 1943 Steve Sekely World War II (WWII) propaganda melodrama ("Original story by Frank Bentick Wisbar"; about women in Nazi Germany, and how they are treated terribly, and the movie is told from the perspective of a German woman returning to Germany in 1943 and being shocked at how awful the conditions are there) starring Gail Patrick, Nancy Kelly, Bill Henry, Gertrude Michael, H.B. Warner, Maris Wrixon, Tala Birell, Anne Nagel, and Alan Baxter. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: The cards have an odd printing defect, which is that the Monogram logo is printed over Alan Baxter's credit in addition to being printed above it (the card was oddly designed, and it looks like that had something to do with this printing defect). We have seen other cards from this title that do not have this same printing defect. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: very good. Each has a few creases at upper left but otherwise the cards are in pretty nice condition and they have no tape whatsoever on the front or back, and they never have had any restoration of any kind!
