An Original Vintage Theatrical Advertising Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) Thomas Meighan was an actor from the 1910s to the 1930s. He was a top leading actor from the late 1910s through the late 1920s. Some of his movies include: Why Change your Wife, The Forbidden City, and Manslaughter. He passed away in 1936 at the age of 57. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). This slide is the kind that has two panes of glass that are taped together with black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of many older glass slides. We have provided a high quality scan of the image, but we have not taken a photo of the slide, because there would really be very little to see! Condition: very good to fine.
