Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Half-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 22" x 28") (Learn More) So Ends Our Night, the 1941 John Cromwell World War II (WWII) refugees-from-the-Nazis romantic melodrama ("Here is the picture you will see with your heart!"; "Unforgettable"; "Two thrilling Romances in a story of high Adventure!"; "Based on the novel 'Flotsam' by Erich Maria Remarque"; about European refugees fleeing the Nazis from country to country in Europe during World War II) starring Fredric March, Margaret Sullavan, Frances Dee, Glenn Ford (very young in this role!), Anna Sten, and Erich Von Stroheim. Note that this movie surely helped inspire Casablanca, made the following year, with a similar plot line, and with an evil SS officer played by Erich Von Stroheim (similar to Conrad Veidt's character in Casablanca). Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: fair. There are many horizontal and vertical creases and cracks in the poster. There is a 5" tear in the middle of the right border.
