She worked for Universal in the 1940s and appeared in some of their well known horror and sci-fi movies! Some of her movies include: Flash Gordon Conquers the Universe, Dick Tracy Meets Gruesome, House of Frankenstein, The Black Cat, and Teenage Monster. She was the grandmother of actor Chris Pine. She passed away in 2003 at the age of 84. Important Added Info: Note that this letter has been personally autographed (signed) by Anne Gwynne! Note that this is from a collection we were consigned that all came from a man named Ernest Hack, who wrote to celebrities during the 1930s and 1940s. Most of them are entirely handwritten by the celebrities, and while our consignor does not have a certificate of authenticity, we feel certain they are all authentic.
