If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: poor. The poster had significant areas of paper loss scattered down the center that were between 2" and 3" wide. It had just a few tears and tiny paper loss scattered in the rest of the poster. Some unknown restorer apparently decided to restore the poster WITHOUT referring to a complete example of the poster! So they guessed at the missing letters and words in the title and credits area, and they made a lot of mistakes! There is also restoration in Deneuve's face, which is pretty noticeable, but I would say they did a fairly good job on that area (perhaps they referred to an actual image of her from the movie). The poster was fairly well backed, but certainly, one should absolutely bear all of the above in mind before placing a bid on this poster. Learn More about condition grades
