Berke adventure thriller ("Masked enemies ambush Army in Johnny's jungle!"; "Johnny drives America's enemies out of jungle frontier!"; "Based upon the famous Jungle Jim King Features Syndicate newspaper feature") starring Johnny Weissmuller ("as Jungle Jim"), Ann Savage, David Bruce, Steven Geray, Jean Byron, James Seay, Jeanne Dean, and Steve Calvert (as the man in the gorilla suit!). Note that in 1948, Steve Calvert bought Ray 'Crash' Corrigan's gorilla costume, which Corrigan had been using in movies since at least 1932. He appeared in 12 movies between 1948 and 1958 as a gorilla wearing Corrigan's costume! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 14" x 17" [36 x 43 cm]. Also note that this window card was never folded. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded. Condition: poor. The top 5" of the card was trimmed, entering into the top of the credits and the image.
