Auction History Result 7h0909 LOT OF 10 FORMERLY FOLDED FLAGS OF OUR FATHERS ITALIAN LOCANDINAS 2006 Clint Eastwood, WWII Date Sold 9/29/2024 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 10 formerly folded Italian locandinas from Flags of Our Fathers, the 2006 Clint Eastwood World War II (WWII) historical action melodrama ("A single shot can end the war"; "Based on the book by James Bradley with Ron Powers"; about the five U.S. Marines and one U.S. Navy sailor who raised the flag at the top of Mount Suribachi on the Pacific island of Iwo Jima) starring Ryan Phillippe, Jesse Bradford, Adam Beach, John Benjamin Hickey, and John Slattery. Note that Clint Eastwood also made an entirely separate movie, "Letters from Iwo Jima" (covering the same material, but from the Japanese perspective, with Japanese actors!), at the same time that he made this movie, and both movies were released in the same year! IMPORTANT! The lot contains multiple examples of the same poster, so we have only pictured one, but the winner of this auction receives all of them!
