Marin cowboy western romantic love triangle murder mystery melodrama (about a cowboy whose friend sends for him to help stop his cattle from being rustled, but when the cowboy gets there, his friend has been murdered, and no one is willing to help him find the killer, except for two beautiful women, who both have an interest in him!) starring John Wayne, Ella Raines, Ward Bond, George 'Gabby' Hayes, Audrey Long, Elisabeth Risdon, Don Douglas, Emory Parnell, Clem Bevans, Russell Simpson, and Tyrone Shapiro (a rooster that was called "the world's most unusual rooster"!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that only 4 lobby cards were produced for the re-release of this movie, and this is the complete set. It was quite common for studios to only make sets of four for short subjects or low budget movies (or re-releases of big budget movies), because it allowed them to print the sets at half the cost, and on shorts and low budget movies, they tried to save money any way they could (especially since it is likely few theaters even bothered to order lobby cards for these titles, since they were likely shown in addition to a better movie). Condition: good. There is a tear in the middle of the right edge of the title card that has been repaired with a yellowed piece of tape from the front and back. There are smudges scattered throughout the cards and there are tack holes and pairs of staple holes around the edges. There are some pieces of tape on the back of some of the edges of the cards, but they do not appear to be there for any restoration purpose. Learn More about condition grades
