Thrilling! Startling!"; "From an idea conceived by Edgar Wallace & Merian C. Cooper"; based on the story by Edgar Wallace, with incredible special effects by Willis O'Brien) starring Fay Wray, Robert Armstrong (as Carl Denham), Bruce Cabot, Frank Reicher, and Sam Hardy NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good. There are tape stains in two corners, and a yellowed piece of tape in the top right corner. There was a 2" tear in the lower right border that was repaired with tape from the back and the tape has stained the poster. The poster was sitting open against corrugated cardboard in a plastic bag for many years, and there is now faint vertical brown lines on the back of the poster, caused by the contact with the cardboard, but they do not show through to the front, except slightly in the borders. There is a piece of tape on the back of the center crossfold, and it has slightly bled through to the front. Surely this cool poster is a great candidate for expert professional restoration, and afterwards, it will look fantastic, without much paint restoration being required.
