They are printed on a different paper stock and are generally in much better condition and much "newer" looking than regular Mexican lobby cards (and the inset images on each card is almost always a great scene!), and we believe that they were created in the 1990s or so, and likely were sold directly to non-collectors (similar to Portal Publications commercial reprints in the U.S.). However, it is certainly also possible that they were used when these classic movies were shown in theaters, but almost surely in the 1990s or so.
