I have never seen this door hanger before, and have never seen this King Kong artwork anywhere else! Note that the door hanger has a stamp from the theater that showed the movie on the back. Condition: very good to fine. There is a very faint 1" crease in the top of the "K" of "KING" in the title (it is more "felt" than seen). There is some slight smudging on the back of the door hanger. Other than the above, the door hanger is in excellent condition! Die-cut items such as this are very rarely found in good condition, because the die-cut areas are very prone to get damaged.
