Condition: very good. play date and theater name neatly printed in the blank area at top; card has darkened slightly with age (except in the play dates area at top); 2 1/2" slightly diagonal crease and scuff extending into the "W" in "WALK" at upper left as well as some minor creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout the card; staple in the blank area at upper right as well as a few pairs of staple holes at upper right and left in the play dates area
