An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Insert Movie Poster (measures 14" x 36" [36 x 91 cm]) (Learn More) Song of Nevada, the 1944 Joseph Kane singing cowboy western musical starring Roy Rogers ("King of the Cowboys"), Trigger ("The smartest horse in the movies"), Dale Evans (this was the third of Roy's movies with Dale!), Mary Lee, Lloyd Corrigan, Thurston Hall, and Bob Nolan and the Sons of the Pioneers NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have only auctioned one in all our years of auctioning and that was in 2011! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster has areas of slight discoloration in and to the left of Rogers' image at upper center, and there are some small bits of surface paper loss in portions of his neck (see our image). There are similar dots of slight discoloration along portions of the upper edge and there are some tiny bits in Evans' skirt. There are a few faint smudges and scuff marks in portions of the lower quarter and there is a diagonal crease under the center horizontal fold. The very rare insert is otherwise generally in pretty nice condition and after paperbacking with proper restoration it would display well. Learn More about condition grades
