Important Added Info: Note that original 1930 release movie posters, lobby cards, and stills from this classic biography are very difficult to obtain, perhaps because the movie received a major re-release in 1937, with new posters (those are undated, and they have often been mistakenly sold as being original release). The half-sheet offered here is a very rare original 1930 half-sheet, which we have only auctioned once before, and that was 14 years ago! Finally, note that because this half-sheet was printed on a slightly heavier paper, it makes far more sense for it to be sent in a large flat package than rolled in a tube, because we are afraid that rolling it could cause damage to it, and we would hate for that to happen! We will only send it rolled in a tube if the buyer insists, and accepts full responsibility in case there is any damage to it. Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has some stains and nail holes down the left and right, with stains in the top border and a nail hole and a stain near the exact center, in the yellow area. After a relatively simple restoration, this rare poster will display wonderfully and require little paint restoration anywhere in the image. Learn More about condition grades
