Internationale Plakate Fur Menschen und Burgerrechte (literally translates to "International Posters for Human and Civil Rights"), the 1990 German poster promoting an art exhibition to take place from July 7th to September 2nd in Cottbus, Germany. Note that this poster features art of broken scissors (representing the end of East German era censorship) by Erhard Gruttner!
