Nessuno e Perfetto (literally translates to "Nobody's Perfect"), the 1981 Pasquale Festa Campanile Italian transgender romantic comedy melodrama (about a widowed businessman who falls in love with a woman, and he later discovers that she was a German paratrooper who changed sex a few years earlier!) starring Ornella Muti, Renato Pozzetto, Felice Andreasi, Massimo Boldi, and Gabrielle Tinti. Note that this film was a great commercial success in Italy and Ornella Muti won an Italian Golden Globe for Best Actress.
