And everybody's telling!"; "See you on Flamingo Road"; "Warner Bros.' Dramatic Triumph!"; "Based on a Play by Robert and Sally Wilder"; "New Warner Bros. Triumph!"; about a corrupt sheriff in a small town who runs it with an iron hand, and he has political plans for his deputy, but then a female carnival dancer shows up and starts a romance with the deputy, and the sheriff has her thrown in jail for prostitution, and that's only the start of this wildly entertaining movie!) starring Joan Crawford, Zachary Scott, Sydney Greenstreet (as the sheriff), David Brian, Gladys George, Virginia Huston, Fred Clark, Gertrude Michael, and M.A. Bogue (better known as Ish Kabibble!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: This French poster measures 23 1/2" x 31 1/4". Condition: good to very good. The poster was folded once in each direction. There was slight darkening on both foldlines. There were creases, scuffs, and some tiny areas of paper loss along both foldlines, and some faint diagonal scuff lines in the 4" to the left and right of the middle of the poster. There were some scuffs in the red background areas and some minor border defects. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer did very little touch up to the above defects. They are truthfully not very distracting at all from any distance, and to touch them up would require a lot of paint restoration, so I feel the restorer made the right decision.
