Young Frankenstein (released outside the U.S. as "Frankenstein Junior"), the classic 1974 Mel Brooks monster horror screwball comedy parody ("A Mel Brooks Film"; "Based on characters in the novel 'Frankenstein' by Mary W. Shelley"; "screen story and screenplay by Gene Wilder and Mel Brooks"; a wacky parody of the classic "Bride of Frankenstein") starring Gene Wilder (in the title role as Dr. Frederick Frankenstein), Peter Boyle (as The Monster), Marty Feldman (as Igor), Cloris Leachman, Teri Garr, Kenneth Mars, Madeline Kahn, and Gene Hackman (as the "Blindman"). Note that Gene Hackman and Peter Boyle do a hysterically funny parody of the scene from 1935's The Bride of Frankenstein where the monster encounters a blind hermit!

Condition: fair to good. There is light rippling and discoloration throughout the poster from exposure to moisture. There are MANY pinholes around the edges (some are torn or enlarged due to rough removal) and there is a tear in one edge that has been repaired with tape from the back. Please see our super-sized image to get a good sense of the condition of this item prior to placing a bid and please do not bid unless you can accept the defects described above, or you are willing to pay to have them properly restored.
