Note that this movie is always referred to as a "1937" movie, but it actually only had a limited opening in December 1937 (no doubt to qualify for the Oscars), and then it had its wide opening in February 1938. But because it is always referred to as being from 1937, we refer to it that way as well (and of course, it is technically correct). NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that first release lobby cards from this classic Walt Disney cartoon have always been difficult to obtain, especially the ones that show Snow White. We have not auctioned another example of this card in the past 14 years! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good. There is water staining down the right of the card, extending into the background of the image and the writing at the top. There are water stains scattered in the left blank border and small stains in the bottom blank border. There is a pinhole in each corner. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back. This is the sort of card that responds really well to professional restoration. It is likely that much or all of the water staining can be removed through chemical means, after which the card will look fantastic (and it will likely require very little paint restoration).
