Mickey's Birthday Party Show, the 1978 clever Walt Disney packaging of classic animated animation cartoons ("You're invited to a Movie Party!"; "Cartoons"; "Surprises"; "Fun"; "Mouseketeers special guest appearance") and Walt Disney's Davy Crockett, King of the Wild Frontier, the classic 1955 Norman Foster Walt Disney cowboy western adventure thriller ("NOW... On the MOTION PICTURE SCREEN!"; "Adapted from the original 'Disneyland' Television Productions") starring Fess Parker (in the title role as Davy Crockett), Buddy Ebsen, William Bakewell, Basil Ruysdael, Pat Hogan, Mike Mazurki, and Nick Cravat. This is something Disney did for many years, starting in the early 1930s.
