An Autographed 3 1/2" x 5" [9 x 13 cm] Cut Album Page (Learn More) Sid Grauman was a legendary theater owner from the 1920s to the 1950s. He owned the famous Grauman's Chinese Theater on Hollywood Boulevard, and came up with the wonderful gimmick of having stars put their hand prints and signatures in cement, which he displayed in front of his theater (and over the years, many stars have been added and removed, as tastes have changed). Sid passed away in 1950 at the age of 70. Important Added Info: This cut album page has been personally autographed (signed) by Sid Grauman! It could be matted with a vintage or repro still and framed together to make a cool display! Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
