Note that this short was originally titled "Donald Duck in Nutzi Land" (which is on some early promotional material), but the title was changed after the song called "Der Fuehrer's Face", which was written for the short by Oliver Wallace, was released by Spike Jones and His City Slickers in September of 1942. The song became a huge hit, and the title of the short was changed right before it was released to theaters on January 1st of 1943. Some promotional material even feature the tagline "The picture from which the song sensation was taken!". NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
