The Year of Peril was a series of 1940s U.S. World War II (WWII) Home Front posters created by artist Thomas Hart Benton. Benton was on a lecture tour when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. He canceled his tour and returned home to create a series of ten anti-fascist paintings known as the Year of Peril

Condition: fair. The poster has considerable defects, but it is mostly "all there" and it certainly can be restored. However, bear all of this in mind before bidding.
