Where Was I?, the 1925 William A. Seiter silent romantic love triangle amnesia comedy farce ("A Bachelor's Comedy of Terrors!"; "From the story by Edgar Franklin"; about a businessman who gets engaged to the daughter of his rival, and that man hates him, so he hires a woman to show up and pretend that she used to be married to him, and because he had amnesia years ago, he can't say for certain that he was never married to her, and she moves into his house and pretends to be his wife, but everything works out in the end) starring Reginald Denny, Marian Nixon, Pauline Garon, Lee Moran, Tyrone Power Sr., and Otis Harlan

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that first release 1925 movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item (except for a herald) from this movie until we received this window card! Also note that this window card (and several others we are auctioning in this part of our major auction) has been linenbacked. They were recently backed by a restoration studio that prefers linenbacking to paperbacking, because there is less alteration to the card. There is no right or wrong to this, just a matter of personal opinion. On each of those window cards, the restorer left 1/2" of excess linen on all four sides (see our image).

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had 6" tear in the middle of the right border, extending into the hat of the woman at lower right. It had pinholes, creases, and tears around the edges, with some strong creases near the center of the title, extending into Denny's credit. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
