And Murder!"; music by Bernard Herrmann; about a city detective who uses excessive force, and he is sent to a remote town to help them solve a murder, and he gets involved with a beautiful woman who lives there) starring Ida Lupino, Robert Ryan, Ward Bond, Charles Kemper, Anthony Ross, and Sumner Williams NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and some extra creases, scuffs, and tiny tears on parts of the foldlines. It had some pinholes and tears around the edges. It had a large NSS stamp on the back of the top center that bled through to the front in the background above Lupino's head. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see the paint restoration in the top white center area where the stamp was covered over.
